Abstract:

The present invention provides a technology for sensing that an operation for attaching a workpiece to a pallet is complete. This pallet conveyance system (10) comprises a conveyance device (300) that conveys a pallet to which a workpiece can be attached, a pallet-accommodating part (200) that accommodates pallets, an operation station (500) at which an operator performs an operation for attaching a workpiece to a pallet conveyed from the pallet-accommodating part (200), a machine tool (400) that conducts machining on the workpiece attached to the pallet at the operation station (500), and a control device (50) for controlling the conveyance device (300). The control device (50): acquires an indicator indicating the progress of the attachment operation at the operation station (500); assesses, on the basis of the indicator, whether the attachment operation has been completed; and, when it is assessed that the attachment operation has been completed, conveys the pallet at the operation station (500) to the pallet-accommodating part (200) or to the machine tool (400).
