The present invention relates to a pallet feed mechanism for a machine tool, wherein the pallet feed mechanism comprises: a carrier body (10) for moving a pallet; a round ring gear (100), coupled to a lower portion of the carrier body (10), for guiding the rotation of the carrier body (10) rotated by a drive motor (20); and a supporter (200) for supporting the ring gear (100) and guiding the rotation of the ring gear (100).
