Abstract:
A pallet trolley capable of preventing wheels from folding upon rotating a handle comprises a loading pallet (1), a handle (2), a rotary frame (3), a wheel frame (4), and wheels (5). The handle (2) is fixed on an upper portion of the loading pallet (1) via a connection structure comprising a left connector (14), a right connector (15), a left gear base (12), a right gear base (13), and a handle lock mechanism. The handle lock mechanism comprises a horizontal rod (7), a locking block (8), a connection rod (9), a switch (10), and a spring (11). The horizontal rod (7) is a hollow tube having one end borne on the left gear base (12), and the other end borne on the right gear base (13). The locking block (8) is installed at one end of the horizontal rod (7) and is slidable along an extension direction on the horizontal rod (7). The locking block (8) has one end connected to one end of the connection rod (9), and the other end inserted into the left connector (14) and the left gear base (12) to lock both together. The connection rod (9) is installed in a hollow portion of the horizontal rod (7), and has another end connected to the switch (10). Similarly, the horizontal rod has an identical configuration at the other end thereof. The spring is arranged between two switches (10), thereby preventing wheels from folding upon rotating handle.
