Abstract:

Provided is a pallet whereby reduction of workability for fork insertion into stacked pallets can be avoided and dropping of carried articles can be prevented, in pallets of low height. Fork insertion sections (8) are formed between corner posts (2) at the four corners of the pallet (1), center posts (3) between the corner posts (2), and a center post (4) in the center of the pallet (1). An upper deck surface (15) is formed by an upper surface of an upper deck (5) coupling between the upper end sections of the posts (2, 3, 4) and by the upper surface of the posts (2, 3, 4). An outer perimeter protrusion (31) is provided in the pallet and comprises: an extension section (32) extending the upper deck surface (15) to the outer perimeter side; and support protrusions (33) that protrude upwards from the extension section (32). In the outer perimeter protrusion (31), the height of the support protrusions (33) at insertion corresponding sites (34) positioned above the fork insertion sections (8) is the same as the thickness of a lower deck (6) coupling between the lower end sections of the posts (2, 3, 4). The height of the support protrusions (33) at general sites (35) other than the insertion corresponding sites (34) is greater than the height of the support protrusions (33) at the insertion corresponding sites (34).
