The invention relates in particular to a method for ttie manufacture of a panel wherein said method comprises the process steps of placing the wastes, which remain from the recycling process for the waste papers, on a conveyor in order to remove ttie undesirable material such as wire, iron, etc.; removing the undesirable material owing to the magnetic field generated within the conveyor; then separating the waste into the fibers in an agglomeration machine; casting the obtained homogeneous product in moulds; shaping the product in the moulds and pressing ttie same. State of the Art

Today, the panels manufactured from numerous materials are present for use in various fields. These panels may be used in different fields such as construction, building and furniture. The literature research conducted has revealed some applications regarding the subject matter

One of these is the utility model application with publication no. TR200805577 entitled "Recycled plastic wood composite construction form panel". The abstract of the invention is as follows: The present invention relates to a construction form panel with bottom and top surfaces entirely coated with plastic layer, which is manufactured according to the method for the manufacture of the panels by the use of the wood and agricultural waste products and the polymer-based composite raw materials. The construction form panel developed according to this invention is formed by combining the wood, agricultural waste products and the polymer-based composite raw materials. The invention is characterized by a construction form panel wherein the bottom and top layers are comprised entirely of polymer-based raw materials, while the middle layer is manufactured by combining the wood and agricultural waste products ami the polymer-based raw materials.'

Although said invention is manufactured using the wastes of the furniture industry, agricultural wastes such as straw and the polymer raw materials, the bottom and top surfaces of the panel is coated entirely with a plastic layer.

Another application is the patent application with the publication no. R20030049416 Said application is a construction panel comprised by a mixture of waste shell, waste paper, waste coating paper and waste synthetic fiber yam. The method for the manufacture of said panel comprises the process steps of pulverizing waste shell, waste paper, waste coating paper and waste synthetic fiber yarn and compressing sard materia! in a mould.

The aforesaid applications involve the panels mixed with various wastes.

As a result, the inadequacy of the existing solutions on the subject matter has made it necessary to provide an improvement in the relevant art

Object of the Invention

The present invention relates to a panel based on the waste remaining from the waste paper recycling process and to a method for the manufacture of the same, which satisfy the requirements mentioned above, eliminate all the disadvantages and provide some extra advantages. The principal object of the invention is to enable the wastes remaining from the waste paper recycling process to be put to good use and enable the use of the same as a panel.

Another object of the invention is to enable the preservation of the nature, as the product is made from the wastes and obtained from recycling.

Another object of the invention is to enable the water impermeability and heat and sound insulation.

In order to achieve the aforesaid objects, the invention provides a panel that contains the waste remaining from the recycling process for the waste paper, said panel being for use in industries such as the construction, building, advertising, automotive, isolation, furniture and ship building. In order to achieve the objects of the invention, said wastes may be the plastic and/or plastic- derived materials on which the paper is positioned or which are present on the paper and said wastes may also be the paper whic may not be separated from such materials and which may not used in the recycling process.

In order to achieve the objects described above, the method for the manufacture of the panel comprises the process steps of placing the wastes remaining from the recycling process of the waste papers on a conveyor; removing the undesirable materials by means of the magnetic field generated within the conveyor; separating the wastes, from which the undesirable materials have been removed, into the fibers; casting the product in the moulds; shaping; pressing and sizing. in order to achieve the objects of the invention, the undesirable materials are the metallic materials such as wire, iron, etc.

In order to achieve the objects of the invention, said step of separation into the fibers is performed by means of the heat released due to friction generated in a machine. In order to achieve the objects of the invention, the duration of the process of separation into fibers is 10 to 40 minutes.

The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood from the detailed description provided below, and therefore, the evaluation should made taking this detailed description into consideration.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the panel based on the waste remaining from the recycling of the waste paper and the method for ti e manufacture of the same, according to the invention, are described in order to enable a better understanding of the subject matter in a way not leading to any limiting effect

The invention is a panel based on the waste remaining from the recycling process of the waste papers and a method for the manufacture of the same.

In the factories where the paper is recycled, the paper is separated from the plastic and/or plastic-derived materials and from any waste material with metallic content, on which the paper is positioned or which are present on the paper, in order to be used in the recycling process. These wastes (plastic, plastic derivatives, metal) from which the paper is separated are also used in the manufacture of the panel. However, first of all, the undesirable metallic materials such as wire, iron, etc. are removed. The panel is formed from the plastic and/or plastic-derived materials as well as the paper that may not be separated from said materials and may not be used in the recycling.

Method for the manufacture of the panel: The method comprises the following process steps: a) Placing the wastes, remaining from the paper to be used in recycling the paper in the recycling process for the waste papers, in a conveyor

(wherein said wastes include

• plastic and/or plastic-derived materials, on which the paper is positioned or which are present on the paper,

• paper that may not be separated from said plastic and pr plastic-derived materials and that may not be used in the recycling process,

• the materials with metallic content, such as wire, iron, etc., on which the paper is positioned or which are present on the paper};

b) removing the undesirable metallic materials such as wire, iron, etc. inside the wastes by means of the magnetic field generated within the conveyor;

c) placing the wastes, from which the undesirable materials have been removed, in a machine in order to separate the same into the fibers

(wherein the waste materials used in the panel after removing the undesirable materials include

• plastic and/or plastic-derived materials, on which the paper is positioned or which are present on the paper,

• paper that may not be separated from said plastic and/pr plastic-derived materials and that may not be used in the recycling process),

wherein, according to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the agglomeration machine is used; by means of the heat released due to the friction generated within the agglomeration machine, the moisture in the waste is removed by way of vaporization and the waste is separated into the fibers; the retention time of the wastes in the agglomeration machine is about 10 to 40 minutes and this duration vanes in direct proportion to the moisture content of the waste;

d) forming a homogeneous structure;

e) casting the obtained product in the moulds;

f) shaping the product;

g) pressing the product; h stzirsg tte product to ¾te jpedTesnrasaS ©nntoi&raeffiS off Ire rasOTfeni,, d¾e¾?terae is fesced Mo saM Bjnoailkfei.
