Abstract:
A panel bender wherein the productivity of bending can be greatly improved, and works to be bent, having widths different from each other can be carried in and out by a single conveyer without interfering of the main bodies of the bender with the conveyer. The panel bender comprises a plurality of main bodies (1) provided at positions opposed to each other, interposing therebetween the conveyer (16) for carrying the work (A) into a position of working in the panel bender, the respective main bodies are made movable by a forward-rearward delivering device (13) to approach or be separated from each other, and the conveyer (16) is expanded or shrunk in an interlocking relation with the approaching/separating operations of the main bodies.
