Abstract:
A panel detection unit (100), an array substrate including the panel detection unit (100), and a liquid crystal display device including the array substrate. The panel detection unit (100) comprises at least one short-circuit line set (1), each short-circuit line set (1) comprising at least one short-circuit line; and at least one signal line set (2), each signal line set (2) comprising at least one signal line, wherein any signal line is connected to a short-circuit line corresponding to the signal line by means of a diode (3). A one-way conductive diode (3) is mounted between a signal line and a short-circuit line; after testing is completed, a laser cutting process is not needed, and the next-step processing can be directly performed, so as to reduce the processing cost and improve the production efficiency.
