Abstract:
A panel device (100) comprises: a door panel (1) that comprises a vertical frame (2), a glass plate (4) that is fit in the vertical frame, and an electric lock (12); and a partition panel (20) that is adjacent to the door panel. A housing case (7) houses a reader unit (15) that comprises a contactless reader (13) and outputs a signal pertaining to locking and unlocking to the electric lock. The housing case is mounted in the vertical frame of the door panel in a state in which the contactless reader faces the glass plate from the inside of a space.
