Abstract:
A panel (10) and a display device. The panel (10) comprises a backlight module (100) and a backlight driving chip (500). The backlight driving chip (500) is used for generating backlight control signals. The backlight control signals are used for driving the backlight module (100), the backlight control signals is pulse width modulation signals, the duty cycle of the backlight control signals are a preset duty cycle, and the frequency of at least one part of the backlight control signals is smaller than or equal to a preset frequency.
