Abstract:
Provided is a panel evaluation method with which the stretch rigidity of a panel component which has a convex shape overall on one face side is evaluated. In an evaluation location which is set in the panel component, a ratio of curvature is derived, which is a ratio of a first radius of curvature which is the maximum radius of curvature of the panel component, and a second radius of curvature which is the radius of curvature in a direction which is orthogonal to the curvature direction of the maximum radius of curvature. The plate thickness of the panel component in the evaluation location is also derived. Finally, the load-displacement characteristic at the evaluation location is derived using the derived curvature ratio and plate thickness.
