Abstract:
A panel handling carrier and a carrier plate structure for the panel handling carrier, comprising: a carrier plate body (1), at least one set of grooves (2) being provided on the carrier plate body (1) and used for carrying a panel (P), and the size of either side of any set of grooves (2) being larger than the size of the corresponding side of the panel (P) correspondingly carried in the set of grooves (2); and a pick-and-place position (3) formed on the carrier plate body (1) and used for picking and placing the panel (P). The panel (P) is placed, by means of the pick-and-place position (3), on the carrier plate body (1) in a set of grooves (2) corresponding to the size of the panel (P), or the panel (P) carried in any set of grooves (2) is taken out by means of the pick-and-place position from the set of grooves (2). The panel handling carrier and the carrier plate structure therefor can effectively prevent the panel from falling during the handling process, facilitate the taking of the plate, and improve handling efficiency and product yield; the cost of mold opening is reduced, post repair and maintenance are facilitated, and cost is controllable.
