Disclosed is a panel manufacturing method that can easily support the manufacture of panels, such as door panels, of differing sizes. Said method, which is used to manufacture panels in which inner sheets are integrated into outer sheets, includes: a step in which an adhesive agent is applied to a prescribed location on an outer sheet; a step in which the outer sheet and an inner sheet are placed such that one overlaps the other and temporarily fixed in place via laser welding; a step in which a hemming process is performed, wherein the outside edge of the temporarily-fixed outer sheet is folded over so as to wrap around the edge of the inner sheet and stamped flat; and a step in which an adhesive agent is applied to the panel, after the hemming process has been completed on the edge of the outer sheet, and a seaming process is performed.
