The purpose of the present invention is to obtain: a panel member with which bending rigidity with respect to a load in the wavelength direction of a corrugated sheet section can be improved; a press die for press-forming said panel member; and a method for manufacturing said panel member. The panel member (20) formed from a fiber-reinforced resin material is provided with a corrugated sheet section (22). In the corrugated sheet section (22), horizontal wall sections (28) are connected to upright wall sections (24) via bend sections (26). The horizontal wall sections (28) are provided with a general section (28A) that extends in the wavelength direction (direction of arrow (W)) of the corrugated sheet section (22). The sheet thickness (t1) of the general section (28A) of the horizontal wall sections (28) is set to be thinner than the sheet thickness (t2) of the upright wall sections (24). The general sections (28A) at least do not contain air bubbles of a diameter larger than the reinforcing fibers. The orientation of reinforcing fibers disposed in the general section (28A) of the horizontal wall sections (28) is set to be directions that run along the wavelength direction (direction of arrow (W)) of the corrugated sheet section (22).
