Provided is a panel positioning device which comprises an outer panel support device (20) and an inner panel support device (30). The outer panel support device (20) supports an outer panel (11) from below. The inner panel support device (30) supports an inner panel (12) from above. The outer panel support device (20) has lower surface contact portions (23) that are in contact with part of a lower surface of the outer panel (11). The inner panel support device (30) has upper surface contact portions (344) that are exposed below the inner panel (12) and are in contact with part of an upper surface of the outer panel (11), which is on the reverse side of the part with which the lower surface contact portions (23) are in contact. The outer panel (11) and the inner panel (12) are superposed, and a curve portion (112A) of the outer panel (11) is bent with the outer panel (11) sandwiched between the lower surface contact portions (23) and the upper surface contact portions (344).
