Abstract:
The problem addressed by the present invention is providing pants that do not have tubes for inserting the legs that are divided in two and that have the same spread as a round skirt wherein the pants as a whole are provided with a uniform and beautiful drape.
The direction of the fabric weave is arrow A, and square fabric is cut as in the drawing. The four sides (3a, 3b, 4a, 4b) of the square are sewn together at adjacent sides (3a and 3b and 4a and 4b), forming sides, and a waistline (including extra space) is cut out at a corner (5). A ventral side is cut out along a curve (6) for the waistline (ventral side), and a dorsal side is cut out along a curve (7) for the waistline (dorsal side). Though not shown in the drawings, rubber elastic goes through the waistline. At the bottom angles of an isosceles right triangle obtained by sewing the sides together, corresponding positions are cut out, and hem openings (8a, 8b) are provided. The direction of a line joining the front center (9) and the back center (10) and the direction of a line (inseam 12) joining the two hem openings (8a, 8b) have a positive bias.
