Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides: pants in which movement functionality during typical motions is balanced with a suitable silhouette in which wrinkling, drooping, overlapping, and buckling are reduced, the pants being applicable to a wide range of uses, in particular being suitable for business suits and formal uses, and also being useful as off-the-rack clothes; and a method for manufacturing the pants. This embodiment provides pants characterized by satisfying the following conditions: (a) the sum of the length YF (unit : cm) of the front crotch line including the front belt width XF (unit: cm) and the length YB (units: cm) of the rear crotch line including the rear belt width XB (unit: cm) is 56-64 cm; (b) the angle θ formed between the perforation line of the warp ground of the fabric at the left rear body and the perforation line of the warp ground of the fabric at the right rear body, sandwiching the seam of the rear crotch line, is 16-34°; (c) 0.59 ≤ (YF - XF)/(YB - XB) ≤ 0.68; (d) 0 ≤ XF ≤ 5, and 0 ≤ XB ≤ 5; (e) 17 ≤ YF - XF ≤ 26; and (f) 29 ≤ YB - XB ≤ 38.
