Abstract:
Provided is a panty-type absorbent article (1) having a vertical direction, left-right direction, and front-back direction, and comprising an absorbent core (11A), a ventral waist-encircling section (20), and a dorsal waist-encircling section (30), the panty-type absorbent article (1) being characterized in that the absorbent core (11A) comprises at least one compressed part (E) of a prescribed length in the left-right direction in a region overlapping the ventral waist-encircling section (20) and/or the dorsal waist-encircling section (30).
