Abstract:
A purpose is to bind a plurality of pieces of paper without using a binding material such as a staple, and to perform an appropriate and easy paper binding process of the paper to be browsed. A punching direction and a cutting direction are at a handle side, and a portion punched at the paper binding process can be viewed through a window portion. Accordingly, an appropriate and easy paper binding process of the paper to be browsed can be performed. Further, because a plurality of pieces of paper are bound by a cut-in piece, the plurality of pieces of paper can be bound without using a binding material.
