Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a paper container that can minimize the amount of resin material used and suppress the occurrence of fluid leakage routes without causing a gap in an area, in a bottom step section, formed by a gluing margin and a step at the edge of a side seal section. This paper container (1) has: a body (10) formed from a body piece (15) having a side seal section (18) in which both side ends (12) of a body blank (11) are overlapped; and a bottom section (20) formed from a bottom piece (25) having a flat plate (22) in the center of a bottom blank (21) and a gluing margin (23) that continues on from and is bent downwards from the outer rim of the flat plate. The paper container is characterized by: having the body piece and the bottom piece being integrally joined via a bottom seal section (28); and the body and the bottom section being in close contact in an area formed by the glue margin and a step at the edge of the side seal section, in a cross-section of a bottom step section (29).
