[Claims]
1. This is a dispensable paper cup that has an easytoopen feature and is a developed version of the common dispensable paper cup with an opening (3) at the top of the body (2). The invention has a small shaped indentation (4) (4a) (4b) at the top on one side of the body (2).
2. Subject to Clause 1, it is an easytoopen dispensable paper cup with a small shaped protruding handle at the top on one side of the body (5).
3. Subject to Clause 1, it is an easytoopen dispensable paper cup with two smallshaped indentation (4) (4a) (4b) crossing each other, one at the top of each side.
4. Subject to Clause 1 or Clause 3, it is an easytoopen dispensable paper cup with two small shaped protruding handles (5) crossing each other, one at the top of each side.
Description:
A paper cup of one time easiness opening [Technical field] The invention is an easy-to-open paper cup that looks like a small, double-sheet paper bag, with an opening at the top. In more detail, at the opening of the small paper bag, on one side there is a small indentation at a certain spot on the top edge, or there is a small protruding handle that makes it easy to open.

[Background of invention] In Korea in general, bag-type dispensable paper cups are provided together with water purifiers that are installed in many banks, government and public offices, dining halls in corporations, and highway rest areas.

These places are visited by a number of people, and the paper cups that are used are cheap bag-type dispensable ones, as the cost to provide normal paper cups is prohibitive.

Such bag-type paper cups are made out of paper cut into a certain size and coated with polyethylene on the inside. Two sheets of the paper are laid on top of each other and, excluding the top part that will be the opening of the cup ; its three edges are attached by using heat.

These paper cups are packed and distributed or stocked in a certain number of units. They are tightly packed together and depending on the surrounding temperature the polyethylene becomes adhesive, causing the cups to stick together. When the user wishes to use a paper cup, the user must rub the fingers in order to open the paper cup or use the fingers to press each of the corners slightly inwards. However, the opening part of these cups often stick together and many people find that sometimes the paper cups are not so easy to use. In particular, when using paper cups which sides have stuck together, the user must force the fingers into the opening easily. The cups are easily torn and this is also extremely unhygienic.

[Detailed statement of Invention] The invention strives to make dispensable cups easy to open, and in order to achieve this purpose; we have made a small indentation on the upper part of the body or a small protruding handle.

[Briefing of drawing] Fig. 1 is an angled view of the invention.

Fig. 2 (A) (B) (C) is a front view of the inventions trial execution.

Fig. 3 (A) (B) is another view of the inventions trial execution.

* Name of symbol for the main part in the figures 1: Dispensable paper cup 2: Body 3: Opening 4,4a, 4b: Indentation 5: Protruding handle [Example of practical application] Below is a detailed description of the drawings attached herewith ; Fig. 1 is of a bag-type paper cup with a half-circle indentation at the opening on one side of the body, Fig. 2 (A) has a rectangular indentation, (B) a triangular indentation and (C) a half-circle protruding handle. Fig. 3 (A) (B) is of a paper cup with both the indentation and handles on each side, intersecting with each other.

From the usual dispensable paper cup (1) with a bag-like body (2) and an opening (3) at the top, the inventions include a body (2) with an indentation (4) (4a) (4b) or small protruding handle (5) which is an extension of the original body, and a body with an indentation (4) (4a) (4b) or protruding handle (5) on both sides, crossing each other.

The sides with the small shaped indentation (4) (4a) (4b) or small shaped protruding handle (5) can easily be produced by simply inserting the

relative process into the manufacturing process of the paper cup (1).

Paper cups that have been designed according to the invention are easy to use. When the user removes a cup from the case next to the water purifier, the user needs only to place a finger on the opposite side of the indentation (4) (4a) (4b) so that the opening (2) opens slightly, then with another finger open the opening (3) completely. As for the cups with a protruding handle (5), the user needs only to hold the handle and open the opening (3) to open the cup. Those with the indentation (4) (4a) (4b) and protruding handles (5) intersecting at the top of both sides of the body (2) as the Fig. 3 (A) (B), the opening (3) of the cup is more easily performed than the methods mentioned above.

[Possibility of using in industry] This invention allows the consumer a more convenient and swift way to open a paper cup, in particular for those who are in a hurry or where there are many people waiting in line to drink from the water purifier. It does not only provide speediness but also, it is hygienic and clean.
