Abstract:
Provided are a paper cushioning packaging layer and packaging paper having same. The paper cushioning packaging layer comprises a base layer (10), multiple cushioning bags (20) and multiple air chambers (201) formed in the cushioning bags (20). The multiple cushioning bags (20) are formed on the base layer (10), and the air chambers (201) are formed at inner sides of the cushioning bags (20). Each cushioning bag (20) comprises a bottom portion (21) and a top portion (22) integrally extending outwards from the bottom portion (21). The bottom portion (21) of the cushioning bag (20) integrally extends upwards from the base layer (10) to the top portion (22) of the cushioning bag (20). The cushioning bag (20) is further provided with at least one rib groove (23), which is formed on the surface of the cushioning bag (20).
