Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a paper cutting mechanism and a paper dispenser. The paper cutting mechanism comprises a rack, a cutting roller, and a cutter frame; a cutter slot allowing the cutter frame to enter and exit is provided on the periphery of the cutting roller, and the cutting roller is provided with a linkage apparatus; the linkage apparatus comprises a linkage slideway provided on the rack, a sliding block eccentrically connected to the cutter frame, and a steering structure; the sliding block is slidably provided in the linkage slideway, and the linkage slideway comprises a cam slideway concentric with a rotation center of the cutting roller, and an arc slideway; for every two revolutions of the cutting roller, the sliding block can make one revolution of circular trajectory motion and one revolution of cam trajectory motion in the linkage slideway in sequence. That is to say, every two revolutions of the cutting roller can drive the cutter frame to make a cutting motion once, that is, two revolutions implements one-time paper cutting. Under the same paper discharge length, the outer diameter of the cutting roller can be smaller, thereby reducing the overall size of the paper dispenser.
