Abstract:
The present invention relates to a resilient paper fastener. The paper fastener comprising a central section (2) having a pair of arms (1) and a foot (3) attached thereto. The arms (1) are resiliently biased to a divergent position. The resilient paper fastener is arranged such that, in use, the arms (1) are resiliently deformable towards one another so that together they are able to pass though a single preformed hole (4) in each of one or more sheets of paper (5) such that when, in use, the arms (1) are released and return to their divergent position, the sheets (5) are retained on the central section (2) between the divergent arms (1) and the foot (3).
