Abstract:
A paper honeycomb heat treatment device, comprising a rack (1). A material inlet and a material outlet are respectively formed at two end portions of the rack (1); the material inlet is provided with a material settling belt (2), a material settling plate, and a rolling shaft (3); supporting columns are respectively provided at two ends of the material settling belt (2); the supporting columns are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the rack (1); an oven (4) is also provided at the upper end of the rack (1); the oven (4) is provided between the material inlet and the material outlet; the rack (1) is also provided with a conveyor belt; a plurality of heating pipes are provided in the oven (4). The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate. The paper honeycombs can be unfolded by means of the rack (1) and are transmitted by the conveyor belt, and a high temperature is produced by means of the heating pipes, so that the paper honeycombs are dried and become fluffy quickly. Moreover, the device also has an automatic cutting function, and cuts the paper honeycombs into particular sizes immediately after drying, so that the production steps are simplified and the production efficiency is improved.
