Abstract:
The present invention provides a paper-making process by powder forming and coating, comprising preparing a raw material of a super-fine powder, and mixing same with water, and performing separation and extraction to obtain an extract and a filter residue; mixing the filter residue and a slurry, adding an auxiliary, uniformly mixing same to obtain a mixed slurry, and preparing a sheet base on the basis of the mixed slurry; concentrating the extract to prepare a coating liquid, coating the coating liquid on the sheet base to prepare a coated sample, and drying the coated sample to obtain finished raw paper. Ultramicronization processing on the raw material can effectively improve the extraction efficiency of the raw material, especially improve the specific surface area and pore volume of the raw material, thereby realize a high coating loading amount, improve the uniformity of paper sheet during sheet base operation and forming, and finally realize the production and processing of high-quality raw paper. The present process can be widely applied to the fields of production and processing of various products such as reconstituted tobacco, cigarette paper, plant scented sheet, special functional paper, cigar sleeve, raw paper for paper filter rod, and heated tobacco cigarette core material.
