Abstract:
A paper pressing mechanism (40) for photosensitive drum assembly and processing cartridge in laser printer comprises a paper pressing roller (41) and a paper pressing roller positioning member (51). The paper pressing roller (41) has a roller body (42) and two shaft ends (45) extending from the end of the roller body (42). The cross section area of each shaft end (45) is less than that of the roller body (41). The paper pressing roller positioning member (51) has a sleeve (52) including a through hole (53) and a clamping part (55) above the sleeve (52). The paper pressing roller positioning member (51) is sleeved at the shaft end (45) via the through hole (53). Outer end of the shaft end (45) extends out of the sleeve (52) and the upper end of the shaft end (45) is lower than the upper end of the sleeve (52). The mechanism (40) can prevent the feeding roller from being damaged by the paper pressing roller (41) and reduce the operating noise of the laser printer.
