Abstract:
A conveyance method for conveying a paper sheet in a good manner. The method conveys
a paper sheet (32) with the use of a paper sheet transfer device (20) having an air
supply tube (22), a feeding device (28) for feeding the paper sheet (32) into the
air supply tube (22), and an airflow generation device (24) for producing airflow
in the air supply tube (22). The paper sheet (32) is sent into the air supply tube
(22) from a sending device (28) after a temporary deformation section (32b) is
formed on the paper sheet (32). The paper sheet is conveyed by air pressure acting
on the temporary deformation section (32b)
