Abstract:
A paper surface expanded pearlite plate, a production method, a production line therefor and a method for preparing the raw materials of the expanded pearlite. The paper surface expanded pearlite plate comprises a middle layer composed of an expanded pearlite raw material, as well as a first paper surface layer and a second paper surface layer which are arranged outside the middle layer. The production method comprises the following steps: paving a tough paper on a belt conveyor line to form the first paper surface layer; spraying the expanded pearlite raw material on the first paper surface layer; paving a tough paper on the expanded pearlite raw material to form the second paper surface layer; pressing same to form a paper surface expanded pearlite plate; and drying and trimming to form a finished paper expanded pearlite plate product.
