Disclosed is a paperless transfer printing machine, and the paperless transfer printing machine comprises a printing unit (100), wherein the printing unit (100) comprises: a central roller (1), with two ends of the central shaft of the central roller (1) connecting to a machine frame (12) by means of a bearing; and at least one printing couple unit (5), wherein the at least one printing couple unit (5) is arranged outside the circumference of the central roller (1) and performs printing after the fabric to be printed enters between the central roller (1) and each printing couple unit (5). Each printing couple unit (5) comprises a printing form roller (511) used for pre-making a design pattern and a transfer roller (512) used for transferring the design pattern on the printing form roller (511) to a fabric; the transfer roller (512) is located between the printing form roller (511) and the central roller (1).
