Abstract:
A conventional parachute requires the velocity pressure from a drop in order to open the parachute, and thus, from the beginning to the end of an operation for opening the parachute, drop distance and time are required and therefore use in low altitude must be restricted. In the present invention, an airtight tube and a compressed gas device are provided together at the portion of the parachute which has the largest circular shape when the parachute has been opened. The tube expands in an annular shape due to the pressure of the compressed gas, thereby forcibly deploying and opening the parachute.
