Abstract:
A parallel cold liquid-cooled cable for exclusive use of high-power charging pile positive pole and negative pole, comprising a liquid-cooled cable insulation coating and several signal lines disposed in the liquid-cooled cable insulation coating; the liquid-cooled cable insulation coating is further provided with a direct current DC+ liquid-cooled cable and a direct current DC- liquid-cooled cable, and each liquid-cooled cable includes an insulating bushing, a soft conductor and a coolant inner tube. One end of the soft conductor is connected with a liquid-cooled cable electrode, and the other end is connected with a charging gun liquid-cooled terminal; and the charging gun liquid-cooled terminal is provided with a cooling cavity which communicates with a coolant outer passage and a coolant inner passage, and the liquid-cooled cable electrode is provided with a coolant inlet and a coolant outlet which correspondingly communicate with the coolant inner passage and the coolant outer passage, respectively. According to the present invention, a current of 600 amps can be safely carried, which guarantees the use of a high-power charging, and avoids overheating of the cable during charging process.
