Abstract:
Provided is a parallel gate valve, comprising a valve body (1), a valve cover (2), a valve rod (3), a valve seat (4) and a gate assembly. The gate assembly cooperates with the valve seat to form a sealing pair, and the gate assembly comprises a gate frame (6). An inverted T-shaped groove (7) is arranged at an upper end of the gate frame, meanwhile a lower end of the valve rod is arranged with an inverted T-shaped mounting member (8), and the mounting member corresponds to the inverted T-shaped groove on the gate frame. Left and right ends of the gate frame are respectively provided with a left gate (11) and a right gate (10). A spring (9) is arranged between the left gate and the right gate. Upper ends of the left gate and the right gate are fixed on the gate frame through a connecting plate (12). A screw connection between the valve rod and the gate frame is changed into the T-shaped groove connection, and with a relative connection, the left and the right gate are fixed to the gate frame through the connecting plate, without the need of fixing and easy for installation and disassembly. Therefore, there are less demands on neutral, and the corresponding demands of machining accuracy and verticality are also reduced.
