Abstract:
A parallel link conveying device has a panel holding part (15), two sets of link
arms (6) each having one end rotatably connected to the panel holding part, two
slides (4, 5) to each of which the other end of each of the link arms is rotatably
connected, slide drive devices (11, 12) for sliding the slides on two straight
lines that are present on the same vertical plane or on vertical planes parallel
to and different from each other and have different angles to a conveying line,
and a control device (20). Based on a difference on XY coordinates, between a
target value and an actual value of the panel holding part (15), a correction matrix
A of a target position [X, Y] is obtained by the control device (20). Then, a parallel
link conversion formula is applied to a corrected target position [Xt, Yt] corrected
by the correction matrix, and the panel holding part is controlled and positioned
at the sliding axial position [p, q] provided from the results of the application
of the expression.
