Abstract:
An apparatus for concentrating malodorous organic pollution waste gas by using an adsorption method, specifically comprising: a plurality of parallel fixed bed adsorbers and a set of movable hot air desorption apparatus (5) capable of being sequentially connected to at least one of the parallel fixed bed adsorbers are provided; the desorption of all parallel fixed adsorption beds is respectively completed by means of the movable hot air desorption apparatus (5); the movable hot air desorption apparatus (5) is connected to two adsorption units (4), and a heat accumulating type heat exchange apparatus (5132) is provided on an inlet and outlet pipeline of the hot air desorption apparatus (5). According to the apparatus, the desorption process of a regenerative fixed bed adsorber is converted into the step-by-step desorption having low power consumption from the centralized desorption having high power consumption; and in the desorption process, the heat energy is fully utilized by recovering an adsorbent and using the heat in the discharged desorption gas, so that the power requirement of a gas adsorption and concentration device on matched energy supply is reduced, and the comprehensive energy consumption can be reduced.
