Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a parameter adjustment method, a display control method, an electronic device, and a medium. The electronic device comprises a front-facing camera and a display screen, and the front-facing camera is configured to, in response to a first instruction, operate and capture an image on the basis of an initial exposure parameter matching ambient light brightness. The parameter adjustment method comprises: when the display screen displays data, acquiring an image captured by the front-facing camera; calculating image brightness of the image by using image data of the image; and adjusting the initial exposure parameter according to a difference between the image brightness of the image and standard brightness to obtain an exposure parameter adjusted value, the exposure parameter adjusted value being configured for the front-facing camera to operate and capture an image on the basis of the exposure parameter adjusted value in response to a second instruction. The front-facing camera is configured to operate on the basis of the initial exposure parameter, so that it can be ensured that the image brightness of the image captured by the camera is reasonable, the time consumption of adjusting the exposure parameter of the front-facing camera is reduced, and the accuracy of determining whether the human eyes in the image are gazing at the display screen is improved.
