Abstract:
A parameter selection assistance system (100) assists, on the basis of the capacity of a drive device, selection of parameters involved in an operation pattern and a mechanical condition of a load driven by the drive device. The parameter selection assistance system is provided with: a display unit (130) for displaying an input screen for parameters; a reception unit (120) for receiving the parameters and a capacity; and a control unit (110) for calculating the allowable ranges of the parameters allowable in the capacity received by the reception unit and instructing the display unit to display the allowable ranges on the input screen. The parameters involved in the operation pattern include the movement amount of the load.
