Abstract:
A fixing apparatus (1) which is located in the space between the floor and the product base of the freezers and the floor display stands. The feature of our invention is that; parasols which are used for protecting the freezers and floor display stands from sun rays are fixed to the apparatus which is fixed to the space between floor and product base by having placed through.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1) The invention; which is related to a parasol fixing apparatus to be used for protecting freezers or floor display stands is characterized in that; the apparatus (1) comprises at least one body (1.1) which is located in the space between the floor of the freezer or floor display stand and the product base and al least one bottom drive moving compression portion (1.2) .

2) According to Claim 1, parasol fixing apparatus (1) is characterized in that; it consists of moving compression portion (1.2) moving upwards and downwards which can be in many variations with body (1.1), tie bar (1.3) and spring (1.5) drive, tie bar (1.3) which makes moving compression portion move, parasol assembly shaft (1.4) which presses on the floor wherein the parasol is fixed, spring (1.5) driving moving compression portion (1.2) from below and providing that the apparatus (1) is fixed between base surface and lower part of cabinet (3) and assembly collet (1.6) wherein parasol assembly shaft (1.4) is fixed.

3) According to Claim 1 or 2, body (1.1) is characterized in that; it comprises bar fixing recesses (1.11) which are reciprocatively located in the interior part providing that tie bar (1.3) is fixed in the interior part of body (1.1), spring fixing recess (1.12) wherein spring (1.5) is placed and collet fixing recess (1.13) extending over the lower part in a space form wherein assembly collet (1.6) is fixed.

4) According to Claim 1 or 2, moving compression portion (1.2) is characterized in that; it comprises spring upper fixing recess (1.21) clutching the spring (1.5) from above and bar support (1.22) which holds the tie bar (1.3) from bar movement part (1.31).

5) According to Claim 1 or 2, body (1.1) relating to the apparatus (1) is characterized in that; it comprises parasol assembly shaft (1,4) which is fixed to the collet fixing recess (1.3) and presses to the floor by moving out from here to the lower exterior part.

6) According to Claim 1 or 2, an apparatus (1), in order to be fixed having placed through cabinet (3), is characterized by the step processes;

- pushing tie bar (1.3),

- moving compression portion (1.2) moving circularly downwards because of the fact that tie bar (1.3) is fixed to bar support (1.22) of moving compression portion (1.2) from bar movement part (1.31) and tie bar (1.3) is embedded in bar fixing recesses (1.11),

- and moving compression portion (1.2) entering the

interior part of body (1.1),

7) According to Claim 1, apparatus (1) is characterized in that; moving compression portion (1.2) is driven from interior part of body (1.1) optionally

- with a mechanical gear assembly,

- with mechanical bars,

- with cam shaft,

- with a pneumatic pump, balloon or air cushion,

- with hydraulic or pneumatic pistons,

- with jack mechanism

- with a mechanical worm gear,

- with the way angular portions transform the horizontal movement into vertical movement,

- with magnetic field and magnets

8) The invention; which is related to a parasol fixing apparatus to be used for protecting freezers or floor display stands is characterized in that; the apparatus (1) comprises at least one body (1.1) which is located in the space between the floor of the freezer or floor display stand and the product base and al least one bottom drive moving compression portion (1.2) .

Description:
A PARASOL FIXING APPARATUS FOR FREEZERS AND FLOOR DISPLAY

STANDS

DESCRIPTION

The invention is related to parasols protecting the frozen food storage cabinet for which they are designed for selling the frozen food or the food that needs to remain cold in public places such as grocery stores, markets and kiosk outside a place.

The invention is particularly related to a fixing apparatus which is located in the space between the floor and the product base of the freezers and the floor display stands.

The invention is particularly related to the apparatus which are used for assembling and fixing the parasols that are used for protecting said frozen food storage cabinet from sun rays .

The feature of our invention is that; parasols which are used for protecting the freezers and floor display stands from sun rays are fixed to the apparatus which is fixed to the space between floor and product base by having placed through.

State of Art

Today, it is a well-known fact that the harmful effects of the sun rays are more than the benefits.

Said harmful effect not only reflects on human body but also in packaged foodstuff.

From past to present, the convenience food is generally packaged with plastic-derived packages and they are conveyed to the ultimate consumer in this way. In these circumstances, it causes many unhealthy conditions.

The most important point in here is that the packaged foodstuff should be kept away from sun rays. Sun rays cause the harmful bacteria grow or come out on packaged food stuff. This condition is substantially risky for health.

Another matter which is affected by the harmful effects of the sun rays is the ice-cream. Ice-creams are generally kept inside a frozen food storage cabinet in an open-air area. Because of the fact that these cabinets exist in open-air area, they are directly exposed to sun rays.

The ice-creams which are exposed to sun light inside freezer cabinet are frozen by the freezing effect of the cabinet inside and go through two different physiological interactions because of the fact that it also tries to melt by the heating effects of the sun lights outside.

Because of this physiological interaction and because of the fact that the package is made of plastic-derived raw material, redundant harmful bacteria can grow and come out inside the ice-cream.

Parasol are used for protecting the products existing in floor display stands or freezers from sun rays. These said parasols, having assembled, are fixed to a water-filled plastic base.

However, these plastic bases are quite heavy and they have a vulgar structure. Therefore, it is highly difficult to make the parasol move to a different point of the stand or freezer with the plastic base.

In addition, because of the fact that said plastic base is located to floor, it can cause that the people stumble and fall.

Another disadvantage of fixing the parasol to the water- filled plastic bases is that the plastic bases comprise water. The plastic bases can be damaged and punctured in time because of the hits, the water inside drains away and therefore, regular water refill should be provided or the plastic base should be changed. In addition, another disadvantage of fixing parasol to the water-filled plastic bases is that the plastic base is located somewhere away from the stand or freezer because of the fact that it is large. This handicap not only causes the stand or freezer receives sunlight but also it makes difficulty while the people are reaching to the product that they want to take.

Many developments exist in present technique in order to eliminate all the disadvantages mentioned above.

In present technique, example for parasol apparatus; is TR 2013/00625 numbered utility model registration. In the abstract of the application, it is written, "this invention is related to a plastic parasol base which comprises integrated connecting apparatus . The plastic parasol base to be used for parasols with large scale to be located at a flat surface, comprising integrated connecting apparatus which is the subject of the invention comprises different integrated connecting apparatus compared to the ones used at the present time. Owing to the fact that the product which is the subject of the invention has an integral structure and no external apparatus is needed, ease of use and decrease in terms of production cost are provided. "

Because of the fact that the parsol which is the subject to our application of the invention can be portable and also can be fixed to a desired point, it eliminates the handicaps came to light above and disadvantages in the present technique .

Short Description of the Invention

Present invention is related to a parasol apparatus which is designed for protecting the stands or freezers, fulfilling the requirements mentioned above, eliminating all disadvantages and bringing some additional advantages. The primary purpose of the invention is that; the parasols which are assemled to the water-filled plastic base for protecting the frozen food storage cabinets wherein foodstuff exist from the sun rays, are fixed having assembed to the space between the floor and the base at the bottom of the cabinet instead of fixing to the plastic base.

Another primary purpose of the invention is that; the parasols which are assemled to the water-filled plastic base for protecting the stands or freezers from the sun rays, are fixed having assembed to the space between the floor and the base at the bottom of the stand or freezer instead of fixing to the plastic base.

Another purpose of the invention is that; parasol is in a close position to stand and freezer when apparatus is located in the structure.

Another purpose of the invention is that; apparatus can be easily removed and fixed to another point of the stand or freezer .

Another purpose of the invention is that; parasol stands more healthfully and steadyingly by way of apparatus.

Another purpose of the invention is that; there is not a material similar to plastic base underfoot because of the fact that parasol is fixed to the apparatus.

Detailed Description of the Invention

An apparatus (1) which is the subject of the invention; fundamentally consists of a body (1.1) as fixed below and moving compression portion (1.2) which moves in the upper part .

Moving compression portion (1.2) which having the structure entering the body (1.1) and which exists in the upper part of the body (1.1) is moved having driven with various methods from the inner part of the body (1.1) which is empty. (Figure-8)

Said methods hereinbelow are indicated as;

- drive which is provided with a mechanical gear assembly,

- drive which is provided with mechanical bars,

- drive which is provided by means of cam shaft,

- drive which is provided with a pneumatic pump, balloon or air cushion,

drive which is provided with hydraulic or pneumatic pistons,

- drive which is provided as jack mechanism,

- drive which is provided again with a mechanical worm gear,

- drive which is provided with the way angular portions transform the horizontal movement into vertical movement,

- and drive which is provided with magnetic field and magnets .

In our invention, in addition, only upper form of moving compression portion (1.2), without any drive, can be optionally stepped in a stair shape as fixed. (Figure-7)

Representative apparatus (1) which is the subject of the invention; consists of moving compression portion (1.2) moving upwards and downwards which can be in many variations with body (1.1), tie bar (1.3) and spring (1.5) drive, tie bar (1.3) which makes moving compression portion move, parasol assembly shaft (1.4) which presses on the floor wherein the parasol is fixed, spring (1.5) driving moving compression portion (1.2) from below and providing that the apparatus (1) is fixed between base surface and lower part of cabinet (3) and assembly collet (1.6) wherein parasol assembly shaft (1.4) is fixed.

In body (1.1) structure also; bar fixing recesses (1.11) which are reciprocatively located in the interior part providing that tie bar (1.3) is fixed in the interior part of body (1.1), spring fixing recess (1.12) wherein spring (1.5) is placed and collet fixing recess (1.13) extending over the lower part as a hole form wherein assembly collet (1.6) is fixed exist.

In moving compression portion (1.2) structure which is a part of apparatus (1); spring upper fixing recess (1.21) clutching the spring (1.5) from above and bar support (1.22) which holds the tie bar (1.3) from bar movement part (1.31) exist .

In our invention, springs (1.5) are placed to the spring fixing recesses (1.12) existing in the interior part of apparatus (1) and tie bar (1.3) is placed in the interior part of body (1.1) having placed through bar fixing recesses

(1.11). In addition, to the collet fixing recess (1.13) of body (1.1), firstly assembly collet (1.6) then parasol assembly shaft (1.4) is fixed thereon. (Figure-3)

As to the upper part of apparatus (1) of which body (1.1) interior part assembly is completed, four edges correspond to the springs (1.5), and at the same time, as the springs (1.5) correspond to the spring upper fixing recess (1.22) from the top, moving compression portion (1.2) is placed to the apparatus (1) having located.

During placement, bar movement part (1.31) of tie bar

(1.3) is placed through bar support (1.22) and then, moving compression portion (1.2) is fixed to body (1.1) with a removable connecting member (screw etc.). (Figure-4, Figure- 1) Working Principle of the Apparatus ;

When entire assembly of apparatus (1) is completed, to be fixed having placed through the bottom of cabinet (3), tie bar (1.3) is pulled with foot, owing to the fact that tie bar (1.3) is fixed to bar support (1.22) of moving compression portion (1.2) from bar movement part (1.31) and tie bar (1.3) is embedded from bar fixing recesses (1.11), moving compression portion (1.2) which is circularly moving, enters to the body (1.1) interior part by moving downwards.

When moving compression portion (1.2) enters to the interior part of body (1.1) by pulling tie bar (1.3), apparatus (1) is placed between the floor and the base of the stand or freezer. Later, when tie bar (1.3) is released, moving compression portion (1.2) goes upwards again by means of drive of the springs (1.5) existing at the bottom and it compresses apparatus (1) between the floor and the cabinet. (Figure-8, Figure-9)

In this way, parasol (2) is placed through parasol assembly shaft (1.4) of apparatus (1) and it becomes final.

In addition, in our invention, owing to the fact that collet fixing recess (1.13) thoroughly perforates body (1.1) as a hole, parasol assembly shaft (1,4) can go out from here and the tip part can press on the floor.

In our invention, moving compression portion (1.2) is representatively driven by means of spring (1.5). It can be driven optionally with the methods below;
