Abstract:
An OLT (1) according to the present invention is provided with: a delivery control information generation unit (15) for generating delivery control information indicating whether transmission is permitted to an ONU (2) for each type of delivered content, on the basis of contract information including information indicating a correspondence with the presence of a contract for each type of content; an encoding unit (13) for encoding the delivery control information using an encoding key for each ONU (2); and an optical transmission unit (17) for transmitting the encoded delivery control information to the ONU (2).
