Abstract:
Provided are a parking brake mechanism and a mower comprising the same. The parking brake mechanism comprises a frame (1) and a travel mechanism movably connected to the frame (1). The frame (1) is provided with a resettable working footboard (3) and a brake member (4). The working footboard (3) is configured such that when pushed by feet, the working footboard (3) moves and drives the brake member (4) to separate from the travel mechanism, thus allowing the travel mechanism to move relative to the frame (1). When the working footboard (3) is reset, the brake member (4) is reset and abuts the travel mechanism to prevent the travel mechanism from moving relative to the frame (1). The parking brake mechanism enables an operator to trigger or unlock a parking brake by feet under his/her own weight without having to use hands or bend down to perform operations, thereby facilitating convenience in use, and reducing labor.
