Abstract:
A parking charge management method and system, comprising: a wireless vehicle-mounted terminal reports to a big data analysis system the vehicle ID and the current vehicle location of the vehicle in which the wireless communication terminal is located; on the basis of the vehicle ID, the big data analysis system identifies the vehicle type of the vehicle and, on the basis of the vehicle type, identifies a parking space type suitable for the vehicle type; finding all of the free parking spaces of a size corresponding to the vehicle type, and determining a free target parking space closest to the current vehicle location from amongst all of the free parking spaces as a target parking space; generating a navigation route between the target parking space and the current vehicle location and sending the navigation route to the wireless terminal for implementing parking navigation; and, on the basis of the actual parking time of the vehicle in the target parking space and the parking charge criteria, deducting a corresponding parking charge from an electronic account bound to the wireless terminal. The embodiments of the present invention can accurately navigate a vehicle to a parking space most suitable for the vehicle size, and can also implement outdoor unmanned parking charges, increasing the efficiency of charge management.
