Abstract:

A magnetic locking device (20) and a hydraulic actuator (10) are disposed so that the direction of movement of a locking shaft (21) and an axial member (31) (a plunger (32) and a permanent magnet (33)) of the magnetic locking device (20) is perpendicular to that of a piston rod (12) of the hydraulic actuator (10). In the parking unlocked state, while a coil (34) is not energized, the locking shaft (21) and the axial member (31) are locked by the force of attraction between the permanent magnet (33) and a flange portion (35a) of a yoke (35) so as not to retract from the piston rod (12), and when the coil (34) is energized, the force of attraction between the permanent magnet (33) and the flange portion (35a) is cancelled, thus allowing the locking shaft (21) and the axial member (31) to retract from the piston rod (12).
