Abstract:
A parking fee collection method and system, comprising: finding a target parking lot, in which a free parking space is present and which is closest to a current vehicle position that is reported by a wireless vehicle-mounted device; issuing a parking space distribution map of the target parking lot to the wireless vehicle-mounted device (102); using any free parking space that is selected by a driver from the parking space distribution map as a reserved parking space, and reporting the reserved parking space and a vehicle identifier to a data aggregation platform (103); when determined that a parking space size that is suitable for the vehicle type matches the size of the reserved parking space, generating a parking code image which comprises the vehicle identifier and outputting the same to a display screen matching the reserved parking space (104); after the wireless vehicle-mounted device scans the parking code image twice, once before and after, determining a parking start time and a parking end time of the vehicle in the reserved parking space; according to the parking start time and parking end time, deducting a corresponding parking fee from an electronic account that is bound to the wireless vehicle-mounted device (105). The method and system may achieve the advanced booking of parking spaces and the unattended collection of parking fees, thus improving management efficiency in fee collection.
