Abstract:
An objective of the present invention is to provide a parking lot management device that can increase the satisfaction of users who use the parking lot. A parking lot management device (10) according to the present disclosure comprises: a parking lot management unit (11) that manages the utilization of a parking lot inside a facility; a user information management unit (12) that manages facility use information about users who use the facility in association with vehicle numbers of vehicles used by the users; a detection unit (13) that detects a first vehicle number of a first vehicle that travels inside the parking lot; and a determination unit (14) that determines, on the basis of the facility use information associated with the first vehicle number, a parking space for the first vehicle from among a plurality of parking spaces not currently in use so as to reduce a travel distance of the user who will move inside the facility.
