Abstract:
Parking support devices (10A, 10B) for supporting the parking of a vehicle lengthwise into a parking space adjacent to a parked vehicle. The parking support devices are characterized in that the devices comprise inclination angle calculation means (46A, 46B) for calculating the inclination angle θ defined by the side surface of the parked vehicle and the advancing direction of the vehicle to be parked and steering support means (42A, 42B) for so supporting the steering of the vehicle that the inclination angle θ calculated by the inclination angle calculation means (46A, 46B) becomes zero.
