Title:
PARKINSON'S DISEASE DIAGNOSING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/168909
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a Parkinson's disease diagnosing device capable of assessing Parkinson's disease from a pulse wave of a subject. A CPU 23 generates a group B comprising m elements and a group A comprising m+1 elements from pulse wave data (S106). The CPU 23 calculates a sample entropy on the assumption that group A is represented by an m-dimensional vector and group B is represented by an m-dimensional vector (step S107). The CPU 23 assesses, for a curve of m=2, whether the value at r=0.1 exceeds a threshold (0.3), and assesses that the subject has Parkinson's disease if said value exceeds the threshold (step S117). This makes it possible to assess psychiatric disorders on the basis of objective data.
