Abstract:
A part conveying system for conveying a part in a cleanroom, comprising: a tray on which a plurality of parts are placed; a first robot for holding the tray, and changing the position and posture of the tray; and a second robot having an end effector for picking a part on the tray. The first robot assigns a part to be picked to the end effector of the second robot by moving the tray, and the end effector picks the assigned part to be picked.
