Abstract:
A part feeding apparatus adapted to hold a part (10) in a retainer portion (12) at the free end section of a feed rod (11) and supply the part to an object position. A locking portion (14) at the free end of a feed pipe (7) is provided in a position opposed to the retainer portion (12), and an operating rod (20) adapted to enter the locking portion (14) and move the part (10) from the locking portion (14) to the retainer portion (12) is provided. The part (10) is positioned in the locking portion (14) and then moved to the retainer portion (12). Since a part attracting magnet (23) is provided retractably in the vicinity of the retainer portion (12) at the free end of the feed rod (11), the part retainability can be rendered more reliable.
