Abstract:
A part-mounting apparatus 1 is provided with an apparatus body 10 and supporting legs 60. The apparatus body 10 performs positioning control of a head 50 in connection with mounting a part on a substrate S. The supporting legs 60 are for setting the apparatus body 10 on a floor F. Said supporting legs 60 are provided with a leveling bolt 62, a leveling seat 64, and a rubber magnet sheet 66. The lower surface of the leveling bolt 62 is a convex curved surface. The upper surface of the leveling seat 64 is a concave curved surface and is configured to receive the convex curved surface of the leveling bolt 62 on said concave curved surface. The rubber magnet sheet 66 is a disc-shaped sheet in which a magnetic powder is dispersed in a rubber matrix and is disposed on the lower surface of the leveling seat 64.
