Abstract:
A partial discharge measurement device 1 is provided with an antenna 2 for partial discharge signal detection, an antenna 4 for extraneous noise signal detection, a 180° phase shifter 5 for reversing the phase of the output signal of antenna 4 and outputting the same, a variable gain amplifier 6 for adjusting the gain of the output signal of the 180° phase shifter 5, a coupler 7 for adding the output signal of antenna 2 and the output signal of the variable gain amplifier 6, and a partial discharge signal processing unit 8 for detecting partial discharge on the basis of the output signal of the coupler 7. The gain of the variable gain amplifier 6 is determined such that the extraneous noise signal included in the output signal of the variable gain amplifier 6 and the extraneous noise signal included in the output signal of antenna 2 cancel each other out.
