Abstract:
Disclosed is particle beam irradiation equipment 100 wherein, a control unit 2 stores the positional information of electromagnets 1 (1A, 1B) in a storage unit 3 as positional information of reference positions, said positional information of electromagnets having been acquired by means of cameras 10 (10-1, 10-2 and so on to 10-n) when first alignment is performed, and on the basis of the positional information of the reference positions stored in the storage unit 3, a displacement quantity is acquired from the positional information of the electromagnets 1 (1A, 1B), said positional information of the electromagnets having been acquired by means of the cameras 10 (10-1, 10-2, and so on to 10-n) when re-alignment is performed.
